Not only has it outstripped all its targets since its launch in July but it also took a top award in the highly competitive annual Archant Suffolk Recruitment Awards when it was less than three months old. mad rabbit’s innovative launch publicity campaign aimed at getting itself known in the marketplace certainly achieved its goal – and in doing so won the company the award for the Best Recruitment Advertising Campaign of 2007.

Against tough competition mad rabbit recruitment picked up the award for ‘The Best Recruitment Advertising Campaign of 2007’ at last weeks Archant Suffolk Recruitment Awards.
mad rabbit, who were up against strong competition in fellow finalists The Papworth Trust, were named one of the night’s twelve winners after only three months in business. Michelle Gray, One of the mad rabbit Director trio, says “We’re so happy to have won the award after such a short time. Our launch campaign has gone amazingly well and it is great to be recognised at our first awards”.
The ceremony, attended by around 250 of the industry’s best was held at The Hotel Elizabeth, Copdock, and hosted by BBC Radio Suffolk personalities Mark Murphy and Lesley Dolphin. Emma Cotton and Lucy Page of the award-winning mad rabbit trio were in agreement that all the award categories were fiercely fought. Lucy says, “to be short listed was fantastic but to win is amazing and another great way to get the name out there to clients and candidates”.
Emma continues, “We know how competitive the industry is and we are privileged to have come away with an award. Expectations will now be high for next years awards!”

The hottest new face in the Ipswich recruitment industry, mad rabbit recruitment, is sponsoring the forthcoming cricket match between Ipswich & East Suffolk CC and Ipswich Town FC.
mad rabbit have been on a mission to make their mark in the Ipswich recruitment industry and have had phenomenal success since their launch earlier this month. You may have seen the ‘mad rabbit mobile’ driving round Ipswich Town centre, which in itself is quite a bold promotion, but the three enterprising women behind mad rabbit are keen to get involved in local charity events.
Emma Cotton, Consulting Director says “we really want to build a good awareness of mad rabbit in the town and what better way to do so than by supporting local charities and events”.
In previous years the charity cricket match between IESCC and ITFC has attracted a good crowd and this year, all proceeds will be split between the cricket club and the East Anglian Children’s Hospital. Adam Button, from the cricket club’s sponsorship committee said “this year’s game should be the biggest ever. We are very grateful to mad rabbit recruitment and SEH for their generous sponsorship and of course to the to Football Club for their continued support”.
The game takes place on Thursday August 2nd at Chantry Park, starting at 5:45pm. Admission is free, although a collection will be taken and all donations will be gratefully received.
