As a client what is the cost of employing a new member of staff through Mad Rabbit?

we offer a flat fee of 12.5% on all vacancies regardless of salary, unlike the traditional sliding scale of fees offered by most agencies. Temporary rates can be quoted on a job by job basis.

As a candidate, what does finding employment through Mad Rabbit cost?

Do I have to come and see you to register?

Yes, We meet every candidate that we work with, our offices are in central Ipswich and there is parking provided. You will be with us for about an hour and we will go through your experience and what you are looking for in a new role. You will need to bring your Passport or Birth Certificate with you.

As a candidate will I know where my CV is being sent?

Good question, yes, unlike some other agencies we will NEVER send your CV to a client without first discussing the role with you, and telling you the company name, so you are fully aware at all times of what you are applying for.

As a candidate how often will I speak to my consultant?

We will obviously keep in touch regarding current positions we are working on for you, interviews, etc. You are always free to phone or call in to the office at anytime, for an update, advice or even just a chat.

As a client, what happens if things go wrong with my new recruit?

In this unlikely event we offer a rebate period on all permanent placements. If you are unhappy with a member of temporary staff and you inform us within the first 4 hours of work, you will not be charged.
