This visit allows us to see the environment in which the person will be working and also gain a better understanding of your business, it also allows us to get a good feel for the personality fit, which is important to any business.
From then on the way we together work can be dictated by you, some clients like to receive CV’s via e-mail, or you may prefer for us to see you again to talk about selected candidates in person, or you may simply leave it to us to choose the best two or three people for the position and arrange interviews straight away.
